Lead vocal preparation is included depending on the selected pack level.

Packs are designed to give you a complete, release-ready result across audio and visuals, while saving both time and budget.

  • Pack pricing is based on the service level (Basic, Pro or Pro+).

The complexity of your audio stems, rush duration, and number of locations may influence the recommended level.

In addition to the discounted price, release packs include extra deliverables at no additional cost, such as:

These extras are designed to help you promote your release across platforms without additional fees.

AUDIO MIXING

  • Mixing fixes:

    • Balance, punch, vocal clarity, low-end control, stereo depth, and translation across playback systems.

    It does not fix:

    • Clipping, low quality files, or very poor recordings

  • Mixing can significantly improve a recording by enhancing clarity, balance, and overall sound quality.
Minor issues such as background noise, tonal imbalance, or lack of presence can often be improved within reasonable limits.

However, severe issues like heavy distortion, clipping, or extremely low-quality recordings cannot be fully corrected.

For best results, clean and well-recorded stems are always recommended.

  • A track refers to the full song being mixed.
A stem refers to an individual exported audio track from your session (kick, vocal, guitar, etc.).

  • Syncer works with a simple and efficient online workflow designed for independent music artists.

    Choose your audio mixing service

    1. Upload your stems and instructions

    2. Mixing and processing begins

    3. Receive your first version within 48 hours, along with a breakdown of the work done, and request revisions if needed

You can upload files via WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive, and all communication is handled online for a fast and smooth process.

This workflow makes it easy to get professional audio mixing from anywhere.

  • No, all packages include the same professional mix quality.

  • Stems, BPM/key mentioned in the files (if known), references and creative direction.

Please export stems from bar 1 (consolidated) and keep the same sample rate across files for best results.

Everything is collected in the project form.

  • A stem is an individual audio track such as vocals, drums or instruments.

  • Home recordings are absolutely fine.
Just export clean stems (no clipping, no limiter on master) and Syncer will take care of the rest.

  • Please export your individual tracks (stems) as 24-bit WAV files without any master bus processing to ensure maximum headroom.
Compress them into a .zip folder and use a secure transfer service to send them over.
If you have a rough mix, pre-mix, or a version with creative effects that represents your artistic direction, you can include it in your zip file as an additional reference for the mix.

This process preserves the original dynamics and overall integrity of your project.

  • Final mixes are usually delivered in WAV 24-bit / 48kHz.

If you need a different format (44.1kHz, MP3 or anything else), make sure to inform Syncer when ordering.

  • Standard audio mixing projects are designed for tracks up to 3–4 minutes.
If your track is over 4 minutes, a supplementary fee will apply (based on the extra duration and complexity), via custom quote.

If your track is longer or part of a larger project (EP, album, multiple versions), Syncer can provide a custom solution tailored to your needs.

  • Turnaround is within 48h after files, brief and payment are received.

24h delivery may be available as an add-on.

Turnaround starts once all files, references and instructions are received.

  • Yes.
Mastering is included in the Full Release Pro Mix and available as an add-on for mixing-only services.

It prepares your final stereo mix for distribution with controlled levels and consistent playback across streaming platforms.

  • Yes.
Mixing should always be completed before mastering.

Mixing focuses on balancing and shaping individual elements such as vocals and instruments, while mastering prepares the final stereo track for distribution.
A strong mix is essential to achieve professional final result.

  • Yes. For standard projects, alternate versions are available as add-ons.
For more complex projects, alternate versions can be arranged upon request.

This can include instrumental, acapella, clean versions, stem exports, and both mixed and mastered versions.

  • Up to 5 revisions are included.
Revisions are handled directly through email after delivery.

In most cases, projects are completed within 1 to 2 revisions.

You simply reply with your feedback and requested changes, and an updated version will be provided shortly.
Most revision requests are delivered within 24 hours (depending on complexity).

  • If you send new stems, new mix, or updated files that differ from the original submission, this will likely require a full remix of the track.
In this case, a new order will be required.

Revisions only apply to adjustments based on the original files provided at the start of the project.

If new or updated files are provided after the project has started, additional revision fees may apply on a case-by-case basis depending on the request.

Each listed service applies to one single track, the only difference between offers is the number of stems.

  • Yes, professional online audio mixing can achieve the same level of quality as traditional studio mixing when handled by an experienced engineer.
Both approaches rely on the same tools, expertise, and attention to detail.

The main difference is the workflow: online mixing offers more flexibility and accessibility, while studio sessions provide a physical, in-person experience.
The best choice depends on your preferences and project needs.

At Syncer, every mix is crafted with professional standards, and revisions are included to ensure the final result fully matches your expectations.

  • Every mix is built from your brief by a real mixing engineer.
No algorithm decides how your vocals sit or how your low end moves.
You get a process form, a human review, and revisions until it's right.

  • Automated tools work from loudness targets and spectral presets.

They don't read a brief, they don't know your references, and they don't know that your vocals were recorded in a bedroom.
A mix is a series of decisions made for a specific track.
    That's not something you automate.

If you’re unsure, no problem, Syncer will guide you and adapt your video for the right platforms.

You simply reply with your feedback and requested changes, and an updated version will be provided shortly.

Revisions apply to the original footage and brief.
If your feedback involves new material or a significant change of direction, a separate quote will be provided before work continues.

  • If you send new footage, updated files, or changes to the original material that differ from the initial submission, this will likely require a full re-edit of the project.
